Designed to burn seasoned hardwood or charcoal, the Sentry delivers the intense heat, smoky flavor, and hands-on experience that define authentic open-fire grilling.

Its hand-crank adjustable cooking system lets you raise or lower the cooking surface over the fire, giving you precise control from high-heat searing to slower roasting and finishing. CARE:

After Every Use

Allow the grill to cool completely.
Brush cooking grates while still warm.
Empty ash only after it has completely cooled.
Wipe exterior surfaces with a damp cloth.
Dry thoroughly before covering.

Clean with a grill brush or scraper.
Wash occasionally with warm, soapy water.
Dry completely before reinstalling.

Griddle

Scrape away food residue.
Wipe clean.
Apply a light coat of cooking oil after each use to prevent rust.

Firebox

Remove ash regularly.
Excess ash restricts airflow and reduces cooking performance.
