The dual cooking system features two independently adjustable cooking grates, each operated by its own hand-crank wheel. Raise or lower either side separately to control its distance from the fire, creating two distinct temperature zones at the same time. Use one side over high heat for searing steaks, tri-tip, and burgers while maintaining a lower temperature on the other side for poultry, vegetables, or slow cooking.

Designed for use with seasoned hardwood or charcoal, this grill delivers the rich, smoky flavor of authentic open-fire cooking. Its heavy-duty, firebrick-lined firebox improves heat retention, promotes more even heat distribution, and protects the stainless steel from prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.

The V-shaped cooking grates provide classic Santa Maria-style performance by channeling grease away from the flames, helping reduce flare-ups while creating an excellent sear. Periodically inspect the grate-lifting mechanism, hand wheel, casters, and fasteners.
