Uses:

Grill steaks, burgers, ribs, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and kebabs over charcoal or hardwood.
Raise or lower the cooking grate with the hand wheel for precise heat control.
Add wood to the side firebox to create authentic, smoky flavor.
Use different hardwoods and charcoal blends to customize the heat and flavor.
Take advantage of the side shelves for food preparation, utensils, and serving.

Care:

Allow the grill to cool completely, then remove ash and spent charcoal after each use.
Brush the cooking grates with a non-abrasive grill brush and wipe away grease and food residue.
Clean the firebox and grease-collection areas regularly to prevent buildup.
Periodically inspect the grate-lifting mechanism, hand wheel, casters, and fasteners.
Protect the grill with a weather-resistant cover and store it in a dry location when not in use.

How difficult is assembly?

Every Tizona ships mostly assembled. Expect to attach a few components like shelves, wheels, or handles — most owners are set up within 30–45 minutes using the included tools.
