The Quartermaster is a Damascus-pattern slicer built for brisket, ribs, turkey and ham. It has a granton edge: the row of scalloped dimples along the blade lets slices fall away instead of sticking.
It has a rosewood-tone handle with two mosaic pins. It comes with its own brown leather sheath with a snap strap.
Measured on our tape: about a 12-inch blade, about 17.5 inches overall.
