The Phantom Damascus Slicer

The Phantom is a Damascus-pattern slicer built for brisket, ribs, turkey and ham. It has a serrated edge that saws cleanly through bark and crust without crushing the meat.

It has a black, white and green swirl resin handle with a polished steel bolster. It comes with its own brown leather sheath with a snap strap.

Measured on our tape: about a 10-inch blade, about 15.5 inches overall.
