The Colonel Damascus Slicer

The Colonel is a Damascus-pattern slicer built for brisket, ribs, turkey and ham. It has a granton edge: the row of scalloped dimples along the blade lets slices fall away instead of sticking.

It has a dark wood handle with a cream-colored spacer, brass pins and a polished steel bolster. It comes with its own black leather sheath with a snap strap.

Measured on our tape: about a 12-inch blade, about 17.5 inches overall.
