The Admiral Damascus Slicer

The Admiral is a Damascus-pattern slicer built for brisket, ribs, turkey and ham. It has a straight, plain edge for long, clean pull cuts.

It has a blue wood handle with a mosaic pin and a polished steel bolster. It comes with its own brown leather sheath with a snap strap.

Measured on our tape: about a 12-inch blade, about 18 inches overall.
