Slap Yo’ Daddy BBQ Flavor Bomb Umami Rub

Elevate your seasoning game with this bold, multi-dimensional rub. The Flavor Bomb Umami Rub is designed to unlock the fifth taste — umami — and transform ordinary meals into crave-worthy dishes.

• Crafted to deliver rich, savory depth that goes beyond sweet, sour, salty and bitter.
• Made with all-natural ingredients and no added MSG, so you get flavor without compromise.
• Gluten-free and built for versatility: works on meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, snacks and more.
• Infused with umami-rich ingredients like anchovy extract, bonito tuna powder, kombu kelp powder, shiitake extract and dry yeast — layering savory, oceanic, earthy notes.
• Sea salt, cane sugar and a spice blend of black & white pepper set the base for a balanced but bold profile.
• Ideal for grilling or smoking beef, pork, chicken, or seafood — but equally at home on veggies, popcorn, eggs or anything that needs a flavor boost.
• Easy to use: pat your protein dry, coat generously, rest 30–60 minutes (or longer for deeper soak), then grill or roast with confidence.
• A go-to for competitive and backyard pitmasters alike — designed by a champion BBQ team for serious flavor.
• Available in 12 oz size (and larger) to meet home-kitchen and outdoor-cooking needs.
• Give your audience flavor they’ll remember: crisp crust, deep savory mid-palate, and a finish that keeps them coming back.
