Red Viper Damascus Slicer

Red Viper is a Damascus-pattern slicer built for brisket, ribs, turkey and ham. It has a serrated edge that saws cleanly through bark and crust without crushing the meat.

It has a red-and-black swirl resin handle with brass pins and a polished steel bolster. It comes with its own black leather sheath with a snap strap.

Measured on our tape: about a 12.5-inch blade, about 17.5 inches overall.
