Built entirely from 304 stainless steel, the Garrison delivers a complete 360° Argentine Santa Maria grilling experience, combining professional-grade durability with the flexibility to sear, roast, grill, griddle, hang, and slow-cook over wood or charcoal.

At the heart of the Garrison are five versatile cooking zones, each designed to give you greater control over heat and cooking style. The height-adjustable main grate lets you raise or lower food over the fire for precise temperature control, while the interchangeable griddle expands your options for everything from vegetables and seafood to breakfast and smash-style cooking. A 360° rotating clamp grill brings authentic gaucho-style cooking to your backyard, allowing food to be positioned and rotated around the fire for exceptional control and flavor.

For even more cooking capacity, the Garrison includes a fixed grill and an upper warming (roofing) grill, giving you dedicated space for grilling, warming, resting, or cooking foods at different temperatures. Extended S-shaped meat hooks make it possible to hang larger cuts for traditional open-fire roasting, adding another authentic Argentine technique to your live-fire setup.

The integrated firebox (brasero) is lined with high-quality firebricks along the base and sidewalls for superior heat retention, even heat distribution, and long-lasting durability.
