Franklin Black 16 Mesh Pepper 4oz

Bring authentic Texas barbecue flavor to your smoker with Franklin Black 16 Mesh Pepper. This premium coarse-ground pepper was selected by legendary pitmaster Aaron Franklin. It delivers bold pepper flavor and the ideal texture for smoked meats.

The Franklin Black 16 Mesh Pepper is ground to a 16-mesh size. This grind creates larger flakes than standard table pepper. The texture helps the seasoning cling to meat and build a rich bark during smoking.

This pepper works perfectly for smoking brisket, ribs, and beef cuts. It also enhances grilled steaks, burgers, and roasted vegetables. The coarse grind releases strong aroma and flavor during cooking.
