2 Gringos Chupacabra Special Blend Seasoning

Upgrade your flavor game with the Special Blend by 2 Gringos Chupacabra. This citrus-infused all-purpose seasoning delivers a bright zip of lime and lemon oil, balanced with a touch of heat and savory depth. Use it on seafood, chicken, pork, beef, vegetables—or sprinkle it on popcorn, fries and snacks. According to the brand:

“This melody of citrus notes with a bit of a ‘kick’ will make all of your seafood dishes special.”

The ingredient list reads: salt, monosodium glutamate, dehydrated garlic, spices, sugar, paprika, dehydrated onion, brown sugar, chili peppers, citric acid, sodium citrate, dehydrated red bell peppers, butter flavor, papain, lemon oil, lime oil, silicon dioxide.

Special Blend works equally well as a dry rub, marinade starter or finishing touch. Pat your protein dry, sprinkle generously, let it sit briefly and grill, bake or sauté. The citrus oils help build a flavorful crust, the salt and sugar deepen taste, and the chili peppers provide background heat. It’s ideal for weekend BBQs or everyday meals where you want something more than basic seasoning.

Apply it with confidence on salmon, shrimp, pork chops, chicken thighs, vegetables, even tacos. The citrus note lifts the dish, giving it a fresh and bold profile. For game night snacks, add it to roasted nuts or popcorn for flavor explosion. With 2 Gringos Chupacabra’s Texas-heritage dedication to flavor, this blend is stepped up in quality and taste.
