Xtreme — Pork Sausage Sliders with Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pound’s Ground Hot Breakfast Sausage
  • B Xtreme Grillin Dust
  • 6 slider buns, split.
  • Garlic butter
  • Havarti Cheese
  • Stonewall Kitchen Bourbon Bacon Jam
  • Coleslaw
  • B Xtreme BBQ Sauce
  • Kraft Garlic Aioli Mayo

Instructions:

Preheat a grill pan.

Form the meat into four 3/8 -inch thick patties and season with Grillin Dust.

Grill the sausage, turning once, about 8 minutes.

Lightly brush the garlic butter on the inside of both buns and toast on a flat-top griddle. Place sliced Havarti cheese on top of the bottom bun only and melt while still warm. It is best to put it in an oven to melt.

Spread Garlic Aioli on the top bun and assemble by adding the Sausage patties on top of the bottom bun with the melted cheese, then top with some bacon jam then the slaw, then top with some Barbeque sauce, and top with the top bun with the garlic aioli.
