We’ve crafted a simple yet mouthwatering guide to create the perfect burger patty seasoned with Steak Supreme, loaded with savory mushrooms and topped with gooey Swiss cheese. Elevate your grilling game and savor the irresistible combination of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • Steak Supreme Rub
  • Bear and Burtons – W Sauce
  • Sorta White Sauce
  • 1.5 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
  • 1 large onion (yellow or white)
  • Pack of baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • Swiss Cheese Slices
  • Buns – Brioche or Potato
  • Butter

Instructions:

1. Set grill to 375 – 400 degrees (or medium heat on stove)

2. Julienne cut onion and place in skillet with Mushrooms, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp W sauce, and season with Steak Supreme. Sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.

3. Hand make your patties and season well with Steak Supreme Rub and grill burger until internal temperature of 160. Add swiss cheese near the end to get a good melt.

4. Assemble burger how you like. Add Sorta White Sauce or Mayonnaise. – enjoy

Optional Grilling/Smoky Directions

1. You can grill your burgers slowly indirect to get a smoky flavor while you are sautéing your Mushrooms and Onions. Add a chunk of Cherry or Hickory.

2. Once mushrooms and onions are done remove and move the burgers to direct heat to finish. Once fully cooked move to indirect and add Swiss Cheese until melted.

Recipe Note

You can always cook the onions and mushrooms separate if someone doesn’t like one of them.
