This recipe for Steak & Lobster is perfect for a special date night or a cozy evening at home. The combination of tender steak, succulent lobster, and savory bacon-wrapped asparagus is sure to make your mouth water. To prepare, simply season the steak with olive oil and a flavorful Ancho Espresso rub, then grill it on indirect heat until it reaches your preferred level of doneness. For the lobster tail, remove the meat from the shell, dust it with a Sweet Heat rub, and add a pat of butter before grilling. As for the bacon-wrapped asparagus, season the bacon with the Sweet Heat rub, wrap it around the asparagus, and secure it with cooking twine. Grill until the bacon is crispy and cooked through. Serve all three components together for a decadent and delicious meal that is sure to impress!

Steak

1. Rub Steak down with olive oil and seasoning with Ancho Espresso rub

2. Grill on indirect heat at 250°

3. For medium rare, cook until internal temperature reaches 110°–120°

4. Increase grill temp to 500°–600° and sear steak for a few seconds on each side

Lobster Tail

1. Prep by cutting top outer shell down to the tip of the tail (use kitchen scissors)

2. Pull lobster meat out and rest on top of the shell

3. Dust with Sweet Heat rub

4. Add some butter to the lobster meat

5. Place on grill with steak, pull off once internal temperature reaches 140°–150°

Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

1. Sprinkle bacon with Sweet Heat rub

2. Place asparagus on top of bacon and wrap the bacon around the bundle about 4–5 times

3. Tie bacon around with cooking twine (or just wrap tightly)

4. Roll bundle in Sweet Heat rub

5. Grill until bacon is fully cooked
