Ingredients:
- Lane’s Sweet Heat Rub
- Lane’s Sorta White Sauce
- 8 pieces of bread (preferably Texas toast size)
- 4 hot dogs
- 8 slices of American cheese
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 8 sliced of bacon
Instructions:
1. Cook bacon however you like to cook it sprinkle with Sweet-Lic Rub
2. Cook your Hot Dog however you like (we prefer to the grill to get the grill marks)
3. Make 4 grilled cheese sandwiches: Butter each side of bread, add 2 slices of cheese, season with Sweet-Lic Rub. Place in skillet over medium high heat with butter. Cook until cheese starts to melt and flip over to the other side. Keep your eye on the bread not to burn it.
4. Place hot dog diagonally on top of the grilled cheese and fold up.
5. Add bacon and a drizzle of Lane’s Sorta White Sauce
