Ingredients:
- Lane’s Everything Toasted Bagel seasoning
- Fresh salmon filets, skin removed
- Everything Bagels, sliced
- Ripe avocados, smashed
Instructions:
1. Preheat smoker/grill to 275°F. (We used cherry wood, but pecan or apple wood works well too!)
2. Season generously with Everything Toasted Bagel seasoning.
3. Smoke the salmon for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 120°F.
4. Allow salmon to rest, then slice and top a toasted everything bagel with the smashed avocado and salmon.

1. This goes very well with Sorta White sauce!
2. Instead of avocados, use some softened cream cheese.
