Ingredients:
- 3 tsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning® Seasoning for the wedges
- 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Crunchy™ for the dipping sauce, or more Cheesoning®
- 2 medium russet potatoes
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. First things first, preheat that air fryer to 400°F.
2. While it’s heating up, we’re gonna grab some potatoes and slice ‘em up nice and evenly. Start by cutting each potato in half lengthwise, then cut those halves in half lengthwise again. Finally, slice those quarters in half lengthwise one last time. Boom—you’ve got yourself some perfect potato wedges!
3. Now, toss those wedges into a big ol’ bowl. Drizzle in the olive oil and sprinkle on a generous amount of Dan-O’s Cheesoning® —go ahead and give it the ol’ pop-pop-pop! Mix it all up until every single wedge is coated with that Dantastic® flavor.
4. Load up half of your wedges into the air fryer basket. Let them cook for 10 minutes. Flip those bad boys over with some tongs, then give ‘em another 5 minutes of cooking. Take those crispy wedges out, set them on a plate, and repeat the process with the rest of your wedges.
