- 1 lb filet mignon
- 2 tbsp olive oil

1. Preheat an air fryer to 400°F.
2. Prepare the Steak: Start by trimming the filet mignon into two large strips, then cut the strips into bite-sized chunks, creating filet squares.
3. Coat the Steak: In a bowl, add the steak chunks and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until the steak is evenly coated. Sprinkle generously with Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak and mix to ensure all pieces are well-coated for maximum flavor.
