- 1 tsp Dan-O’s Preem-O
- 8 chicken cutlets or 4 breasts, butterflied
- ½ cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 2½ cups Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Place chicken between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap and flatten with a meat mallet.

3. Coat the chicken first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
4. Heat ½ inch vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Carefully lay the chicken in the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
6. Remove the cooked schnitzel from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
7. Serve with some lemon slices and your favorite sauce and sides!
