Ingredients:

• 2 sticks butter
• 2 TBSP STEAK OUT

Equipment Needed

• Whisk or mixing spoon
• Small bowl
• Injection needle

Instructions:

1. Melt 2 sticks of butter.

2. Whisk in 2 TBSP STEAK OUT

3. Use injection needed to evenly inject bird across all parts.
